Is this a list article?

Need some input on something that came up on WP:UNI. Recently, Dartmouth College fraternities and sororities was demoted from GA status, in part because the reviewing editor felt like this was actually a list article. I agree with its demotion for various reasons but question if this should be considered a list article. I know FLs have long intros, but this seems to exceed the norm. In addition, the "list" is totally in narrative form. So, is this a list article OR a regular article with a list or list-like component? Thanks. Rublamb (talk) 22:42, 10 July 2024 (UTC)

Is this a list?

Same issue as another editor had 19 days ago on a different page; Dance forms of Tamil Nadu has been nominated for GA, and looks like a WP:SAL to me, which are ineligible. Hope we can get some answers since this issue keeps popping up. Rollinginhisgrave (talk) 07:14, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
