The 13th Central Committee (CC) and the 13th Central Auditing Commission (CAC) of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) were elected by the 13th Congress, and were in session from 1924 until 1925. The CC elected at its 1st Plenary Session the 13th Politburo, the 13th Secretariat and the 13th Orgburo of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
