Douglas Moylan
Appearance
Douglas Moylan is the current Attorney General of Guam, elected 2002.
In 2006, Moylan lost the primary election, but decided to run as a write-in candidate[1]. On the same day, the United States Supreme Court announced that it would hear Moylan's challenge of Guam's bond issuance. The case was previously affirmed by the Guam Supreme Court, but Moylan succeeded in convincing the Supreme Court the legality of Governor Felix Camacho's plan. Oral arguments in Moylan v. Camacho will likely take place in January 2007[2].
In 2007 Moylan will be succeeded by Alicia G. Limtiaco.
Education
Moylan attended the University of Notre Dame and got his J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School in 1991.
