Bihar Engineering University (BEU) is a public university in Patna, Bihar, India. It was established on 15 March 2023 by the order of the Government of Bihar. The university is focused on enhancing and providing high-quality education in engineering and technology.^[1] The university is currently running its official work from the 6th floor of Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna.^[2]

Affiliated colleges

All the colleges of Bihar which are providing degrees in UG and PG courses in technical fields are affiliated with BEU. All the colleges which were established by the government of Bihar and attached to Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna are automatically transferred to BEU Patna from 15 March 2023.^[3] There are 38 government engineering colleges affiliated with BEU.^[4] The list of affiliated colleges are:
