James Joseph Daly (August 14, 1921 − October, 14, 2013) was an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.

Daly was born in New York City and was ordained a priest on May 22, 1948 from the Brooklyn diocese. Daly was appointed auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Rockville Centre as well as titular bishop of Castra Nova on February 28, 1977 and ordained May 9, 1977. Daly retired from the Rockville Centre diocese on July 1, 1996.[1]
