Kiyosato (清里村; -mura) was a village located in Nakakubiki District, Niigata, Japan. On January 1, 2005, the village merged into the expanded city of Joetsu and no longer exists as an independent municipality.

As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 3,215 and a density of 85.64 persons per km². The total area was 37.54 km².

On January 1st, 2005, Kiyosato was absorbed into Joetsu City.
