Gohar Jageer is a village which is part of union council 17-R Usman Wala, tehsil and district, Kasur, province Punjab, Pakistan. It is situated in the south west of Kasur city on the bank of canal BRB. Its population is approximately Ten thousand. Most of its inhabitants are linked with agriculture and farming. Villages around Gohar Jageer are Tatara Kamil, Usman wala, Kili sokal, Mahalam, Noor Pur etc. Arain is the majority caste of this village. There is one boys’ primary school and one girls’ primary school in this village, having adequate staff, but lacking in proper infrastructure. [1][2]
