Highway 519 is a provincial secondary highway in the Canadian province of Ontario. Highway 519 spans 31 kilometers, and links Highway 17/Trans Canada Highway and the station of Dubreuilville. It is mostly loose-surfaced along its length. A private road extends from the station towards the Chapleau Game Reserve.

- Western terminus: Ontario provincial highway 17 halfway from the town of Wawa and the village of White River, Ontario
- Eastern terminus(current): At the station of Dubruielville, west of the Chapleau Game Reserve.
