Highway 531 is a secondary highway in the Nipissing District of Ontario. It links the township of Bonfield to Ontario Highway 17 and the Trans-Canada Highway. It is paved for its enire length. Its total length is approximately 3.6 km. Its northern terminus is Highway 17 and the Trans-Canada Highway, and its southern terminus is at Trunk Road, in Bonfield.
