Mestrino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Padua in the Italian region Veneto, located about 45 km west of Venice and about 9 km northwest of Padua. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 9,211 and an area of 19.3 km².^[3]

The municipality of Mestrino contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Arlesega and Lissaro.
