Against All Odds is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in the month of February. It was established in 2005 as TNA's fourth pay-per-view event as part of the inaugural series of monthly pay-per-views put on by the promotion.

- Christian Cage defeated Jeff Jarrett (w/Gail Kim) to win the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (16:14)
- Cage pinned Jarrett after an Unprettier.
- The referee was the debuting Earl Hebner.
- Earlier in the evening Larry Zbyszko warned that anybody interfering in the main event would be fired. During the match Gail Kim hit Cage with Jarrett's guitar, but she was never fired.

- Christian Cage defeated Kurt Angle to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (19:02)
- Cage pinned Angle after a steel pipe shot followed by an Unprettier.
- During the match, Tomko and Scott Steiner interfered on Cage's behalf.

- Beer Drinking Championship: James Storm vs. Eric Young
- Storm will get to pick the match stipulation.
- Street Fight: Johnny Devine and Team 3D (Brother Ray and Brother Devon) vs. Jay Lethal and The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley)
- If the Machine Guns and Lethal win, Team 3D cannot compete in TNA unless they both weigh in at under 275 pounds. If Team 3D and Devine win, the X Division must disband.
- TNA Women's World Championship: Awesome Kong (c) vs. O.D.B.
