So I would like to know how you could condemn that man for letting himself bleed out and ending his pain?? You think you know so much but you have NO idea what families and loved ones go through when confronted with this terrible disease. And for your sake I hope you never have to. == Alcoholism ==

With the most respect for your field. Meds like “ Orlistat “ and “Antibuse due not work.

Also in over 300+ AA meetings I have attended , Alcohol IS A DRUG! So why is it today, “ alcohol/and or drugs? Please explain.

Is it “ high social stigma “ that a person, even yourself wants to separate DRUGS FROM ALCOHOL, or finally admit that we , as a society are prone to abuse anything?
I respectfully ask-Mike [[Special:Contributions/2603:6081:993F:87CF:D06F:A554:EF57:E194|2603:6081:993F:87CF:D06F:A554:EF57:E194]] ([[User talk:2603:6081:993F:87CF:D06F:A554:EF57:E194|talk]]) 03:27, 22 December 2023 (UTC)

Dr. Jan Garavaglia

Season 2, episode 15. This man whom you so disparage for stopping his dialysis and letting himself bleed out from his shunt is cruel. My husband was diagnosed with kidney disease in 2014 agreed to have a shunt placed in his arm, and after 3 surgeries to do so finally agreed to go through dialysis. He began dialysis in August 2015. He suffered tremendous pain from the procedures, and only did it for me. By early October he could not endure anymore pain and fatigue. He died on October 15, 2015. I will never forgive myself for urging him to continue dialysis for my own selfish reasons. I loved him so much and I didn’t want him to die.

So I would like to know how you could condemn that man for letting himself bleed out and ending his pain?? You think you know so much but you have NO idea what families and loved ones go through when confronted with this terrible disease. And for your sake I hope you never have to.
