Cipla USA clearificaton

They bought the patents and the Zemdri trademark from Achaogen when Achaogen went bankrupt Cipla is not a generic as they use the same trade name that Achaogen used as they bought the patents and the Zemdri trademark — Preceding unsigned comment added by Phillip603 (talk • contribs) 15:04, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
