The link to "marginal zone" points to an article about a zone in the spleen, which I'm pretty sure is not the one desired. I could not locate an appropriate Wikipedia article - perhaps it hasn't been written yet. Could someone knowledgeable on this subject please fix this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wh44 (talk • contribs) 00:59, 24 July 2018 (UTC) |

- The primitive streak is a separate structure during the animal development and is not the same thing as the Archenteron which is the Primitive gut. — Preceding unsigned comment added by GAThrawn22 (talk • contribs) 22:50, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
Blastocoel?
Removed to the talk page as I edit: "It is characterized as a thickening of cells in the epiblast near the posterior region of the embryo and is caused by an accumulation of cells resulting from the ingression of endodermal precursors into the blastocoel." Yes, the epiblast cells giving rise to this structure are endodermal precursors... but are they really migrating into the blastocoel? Hasn't the blastocoel been divided into the yolk sac and amniotic cavity by this point? Someone please clarify. Robotsintrouble 15:40, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
Point of View
Using the word "potential" in reference to a human being makes a judgment about whether the embryo is currently human. As this issue is often the point in bioethics, it is highly irregular to then substitute one of the points of view into the definition of a marker being used to decide the question. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.86.159.129 (talk • contribs) 12:59, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Bad link: "marginal zone"
The link to "marginal zone" points to an article about a zone in the spleen, which I'm pretty sure is not the one desired. I could not locate an appropriate Wikipedia article - perhaps it hasn't been written yet. Could someone knowledgeable on this subject please fix this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wh44 (talk • contribs) 00:59, 24 July 2018 (UTC)
