Itäsalmi in Finnish

Please check reference link before deleting Itäsalmi -name. It has above Swedish name in all context of finnish national databases or maps. 82.181.28.34 (talk) 05:40, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am finnish and i dont understand swedish term Östersundom. It is not mean nothing in Finnish. 82.181.28.34 (talk) 04:33, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The article says that "Östersundom is a subdistrict of Helsinki". This PDF map shows that so is the case and no other names are used for the district in question. --Migro (talk) 16:31, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Finnish name

Itäsalmi is still used by Maanmittauslaitos, it is the name of the village (or at least the register village). Östersundom is the Finnish name of the district, which is an area defined by the municipal government of Helsinki. -- Kapulakone (talk) 17:41, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
