Billy Ballew Merger w/ Vision Aviation

An announcement on MRN.com just came out that said that Billy Ballew Motorsports would be merging with Vision Aviation Racing and running the #15 and #51 Toyotas for Justin Johnson and Dusty Davis. Ineligible?

At the end of the points table, there are few drivers listed under Ineligible for Camping World Truck championship points. However, there isn't any explanation why they are ineligible. Or at least I couldn't find it. 82.141.119.195 (talk) 05:32, 21 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That's probably because for some reason this article does not feature a rule changes section from last year, whereas both the Nationwide Series and the Sprint Cup Series articles do.

Those drivers are ineligible for Truck points as they indicated on their NASCAR license for this year that they wanted to score points in a different series - since a new rule brought in this year only allows a driver to score points in one series, in order to prevent all the Cup regulars from winning the other two championships.
