This was the slogan of George W. Bush, and is the mantra of Christians for Israel and associated right-wing political groups in America. They believe 'forcing' Judeo-Christian beliefs on the rest of the world is 'freedom' of some sort, and typically target Muslim countries, although Buddhist countries appear to be a new experimental target.
