Hi Arun, I decided to promote [[Vijay Mallya]] to GA status. It may take time but promoting any article to GA status is always a good achievement as an editor. While searching images of Vijay Mallya I found one of your photo with him. [[:File:With Vijay Mallya.jpg]]. It is good thing that you got opportunity to click photo with Vijay Mallya. Dear AKS.9955, I hope all is well. I hope it is OK to ask you to have another look at the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Valery Shmukler. I think, by my understanding of WP:Prof, he would clearly seem to pass our notability requirement and that we should be thinking of editing the article and sourcing rather than deletion. Could you reconsider your nomination for deletion? Feel free to ignore this and best wishes anyway (Msrasnw (talk) 16:55, 11 December 2015 (UTC))

- No worries - I was just letting you know that it might be worth your while having another look. The logic being, it is often better, I think, for the nominator and avoids others spending time looking things up, to withdraw a nomination if it becomes apparent that something is worth keeping.
