:::Glad to hear it! Thanks for the note. Yeah, I was not at all excited about permablocking an IP. Wow, weird that someone has enough time on their hands to impersonate you and request a block, I wonder what could have possibly inspired that! Anyway, thanks for registering, drop me a note with your new name so we can keep in touch! You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated. This is your last warning.

Hi. Why do you want to be permablocked? Respond here, I can watch this page. delldot talk 19:40, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, please place a PERMANENT block on this IP address. I have my reasons, and yes I am the guy who did all of the positive contributions before this recent bout of vandalism. 144.92.58.224

It's just that we don't usually permanently block IP's. In fact, it's kind of a big deal to do so. Because they can change and then some innocent bystander is blocked. delldot talk 19:47, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Unless you give a valid reason, I'll only block you temporarily (permanent blocks/bans are made by rulings of numerous Admins/the Arbitration committee or Jimbo Wales). If you want nothing to do with Wikipedia anymore, just don't edit any pages. Orane (talk) 19:49, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
