Hello Wikipedia, i had recently created a wikipedia account in the Greek wikipedia, in the context of translating and updating articles, based of their english version. While working on the update and translation of a article, i noticed that, in the original article (From Original (English) Wikipedia), there was a section that needed syntax correction for the ease of learning of users. But, when i tried uising the same credentials in the global/original wikipedia verison, i was greated by a message that said, "Auto-creation of a local account failed", due to my ip address being blocked. Apparenlty, a user which had previously, the sasme ip adress,vandalised a wikipedia article, according to this ip address', talk page. For that reason, i would like to ask to enable my to activate my wikipedia account in the global version of wikipedia, to be able to contribute to the global wikipedia website. I understand the reasons, behind security measures againts fraudulent users, but i will like to activate my account in this wikipedia version, since i have already created a user profile in the greek wikipedia, to be able to contribute to wikipedia, while not comprising wikipedia's safety, by bypassing the current ip ban, against the fradulent users.

P.S. You can see my greek wikipedia account,for the fact that not fraudulent behaviours, have been made, by me, as a user.
