So actually I am uninvolved as far as this article is concerned. But still I don't review DYK nominations of editors with whom I have good relations somewhere else. - @Zigzig20s: Don't worry. Review of DYK can take some time. Average time for One DYK can be 1 month. It depends. One of my DYK got reviewed and promoted within half hour of my nomination but one other DYK took 2 months. So, it depends on luck when our DYK will get reviewed. Someone has to choose your DYK from list for review. No DYK leaves without review, so don't worry, it may take time. Maybe 20-30 days.
