Philip Heckman Arbuckle (September 6, 1882 – June 11, 1932) was an American football, basketball, and baseball coach and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Shurtleff College in Alton, Illinois in 1906, Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas from 1908 to 1911, Rice University from 1912 to 1917 and 1919 to 1923, and Louisiana Tech University in 1924.
