Radio Globo (Honduras)

Radio Globo is a radio station operating in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. It is known for its support of exiled President of Honduras Manuel Zelaya during the when he was exiled during the 2009 Honduran constitutional crisis. On September 28, 2009 it was taken off the air by the de facto Honduras government who were able to do so due to a decree suspending the constitution of Honduras[1]. David Romero hit the headlines just before the closure by making comments on radio Globo in support of Hitler and the holocaust[2]. On October 19, 2009 it went back on the air[3].
