Prime Minister Yoko Kayabuki (茅葺よう子 Kayabuki Yōko) is a fictional character in Masamune Shirow's Ghost in the Shell anime series. Yoko is Japan's newly elected prime minister in Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig.
