Information icon Hello, I'm SounderBruce. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Minnesota Vikings preseasons

[edit]

Hi mate, I see you added the Vikings' preseason schedules to each of their season articles, but would you mind going through them and putting them into a table format as in more recent articles? I've started to do the first few, but since you added the info, I feel like it's kind of on you to make sure the presentation of that info conforms to Wikipedia quality standards. Cheers. – PeeJay 19:11, 19 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at October 1, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 23:22, 8 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry I don't have a reliable source for you but it is true.......look it up in an old newspaper if you have access to one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Newyearbaby (talkcontribs) 00:13, 9 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at September 17. Toddst1 (talk) 00:44, 15 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Citing sources

References go in the article, not the edit summary. Seee WP:CITE. Toddst1 (talk) 01:36, 16 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

oh boy you are keeping track of me aren't you — Preceding unsigned comment added by Newyearbaby (talkcontribs) 01:55, 16 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for persistently adding unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at 1969 NFL season. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  (Swarmtalk) 22:38, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sorry, Newyearbaby, but I can clearly see that asking you nicely multiple times didn't work, and then giving you a final warning didn't work. So, you're apparently just not taking this seriously, which is a problem, because two of our three core content policies have to do with citing reliable sources for your edits. If you're able and willing to resolve these issues voluntarily, you may request an unblock at any time (see WP:GAB for instructions). (Swarmtalk) 22:51, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Go find every sentence in every article that is not source and bug them...this becomes harassment...block me ...do me a favor..I add good info if you are concern google it and see if I am making it up. News flash I have edited off and on wikipedia since 2003 mostly not sourcing as most people also...so why now the big and why now just me ...did I get on someone's watch list

This was the final straw adding "CBS televised two Monday night games nation wide." to the 1969 NFL season....oohh...oohh...I am a dangerous editor to wikipedia.... seriously how do I complain about being harassed by other editors name User:Toddst1? honestly make it a permanent block...i have wasted too much time over the years trying to add good content to wikipedia — Preceding unsigned comment added by Newyearbaby (talkcontribs) 23:08, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Seriously? WP:ANI is that way if you want to complain about folks insisting that you provide sources and/or being blocked for such - after your block expires. Toddst1 (talk) 14:34, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You clearly have targeted me and my posts (Am I on your "watchlist" or something). The amount of stuff on wikipedia that is not sourced yet you seem to only have eyes for me. You remove an entry for OCT 1 (Most every thing on those pages for dates of the year have no sources,,,,yet you don't remove those.) about that being the date Leningrad officially reverted to ST Petersburg and ever since then you seem to follow my every move. you somehow came across an additional of the 1984 schedule to Washington Federals but I did proved a source for that and then you happened onto a simple addition to the 1969 NFL season and I get blocked for that.

ArbCom 2018 election voter message

[edit]

Hello, Newyearbaby. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
