List for First Ladies and Gentlemen or list of spouses?

Some of the entries lists spouses of head of states rather than holders of the position of First Lady or Gentleman. There should be separate templates for the two.Hariboneagle927 (talk) 12:02, 11 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Americentrism

The term "first lady" or "first gentleman" is rarely used outside the United States. Shouldn't this be called "Spouses of national leaders"? Instant Comma (talk) 17:15, 1 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
