Rationale

[edit]

Untitled

[edit]

This is the first article I've attempted to develop on Wikipedia. Marcia J. Bennett's novels were influential on me as a young person, and yet there is almost no information about her on the Internet. Stevenarntson (talk)

TODOs

[edit]

I would like to see some things added to the biography like what is she up to today is she still writing things like that (BobbyHill2257 (talk) 01:07, 23 April 2018 (UTC)) * add page to the Biographies of Living People project and the Women Writers project Stevenarntson (talk)[reply]

Fantasy Reviews

[edit]

@Stevenarntson: There's another potential source from the Science Fiction Research Association in the form of reviews of Bennett's novels. Google Books provides some snippets, but it'd be good to procure a copy of these issues to see all of the content. Professional reviews of an author's work is good evidence to demonstrate their notability. I JethroBT drop me a line 20:17, 9 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@I JethroBT: That is very cool! Thank you. It didn't occur to me to try to use Google Books. Per your advice, I also posted over at "WikiProject:Women Writers" to see if any editors might be willing to help out. Best, Stevenarntson (talk) 20:24, 9 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
