Article needed

We need a biography of Patricia Solimene Collins aka Patty Collins, current director of the US Bureau of Engraving and Printing, former deputy director(?) of the Government Printing Office, paralympic athlete with a bunch of medal wins, and retired US Army colonel with 24 years in Special Forces including 100+ HALO parachute jumps, tours in Iraq, and all that sort of stuff.
