歐洲聯盟專門機構

歐洲聯盟专门机构（英語：Agencies of the European Union）是歐洲聯盟的分權機關，與歐洲聯盟機構並不相同。公署的建立是為了完成某項特定目標[1]。各公署均為法人。一些公署的成立是為了滿足某些領域的科學或技術發展的需求，其他則是促進各個利益團體在歐洲及國際層級的對話。大多數機關是隸屬於歐盟三大支柱。

與透過二級立法成立的其他歐盟機構相比，五十多個此類實體都擁有歐盟法律授予的法人資格，並在歐盟內得到認可，某些情況下還獲得歐洲經濟區國家、瑞士、塞爾維亞、烏克蘭、英國和土耳其的認可。然而，在與其他非歐盟第三國的關係中，它們通常不被視為獨立實體，而是視為歐盟或歐洲原子能共同體法人資格的一部分。[1]

部分機構的任務是滿足某些領域發展科學或技術知識的需求，其他機構則將不同的利益團體聚集在一起，以促進歐洲和國際層面的對話。
