水官高速公路是一條位於廣東省深圳市的一條高速公路，粤高速编号S28，于2001年通车，为国内首条双向十车道高速公路[2]。部分路段更是达到了14车道，比如丹平与盐排出口之间，1.2公里长，路基达到60米宽[3]。
水官高速西起布吉街道水徑村，與布龍公路、南坪快速路相連；東至官井頭，與龍翔大道相接，是深圳市西南至東北方向的主幹道。收費線路長20.14公里，設計行車車速為時速100公里，扩建前为双向六车道[1]。
由于扩建后，水官高速依然限速80公里，遭部分市民质疑。2011年6月市人大代表前往交委视察时，多位代表也曾追问“水官高速这么好的路能否跑快点”。2013年6月1日起，水官高速正式提速，最高时速限速从原来的80公里提至100公里[4]。
水官高速与盐排高速有单向互通立交连接，东行方向只可以直接转到盐排高速的盐田港方向。西行方向无法转到盐排高速。随着水官高速扩建工程于2011年完工，建成了水荷立交，机荷高速和水官高速间可以互通[5]。
