Developer error in backend
1

Hi Everyone,

I’m encountering a front-end display issue on my insurance website [The Face Clinic (https://thefaceclinicpk.com/)] and could use some help troubleshooting it.

Issue: Users are reporting that the insurance quote calculator page does not display correctly on certain browsers and devices. The layout breaks and some interactive elements are not functioning as expected.

Details:

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React) Backend: Node.js with Express Issue observed on: Older versions of Internet Explorer and some mobile browsers CSS framework: Bootstrap Symptoms:

The form fields are misaligned and overlapping. Buttons are unresponsive or missing. Some CSS styles are not being applied correctly. Steps Taken So Far:

Validated HTML and CSS to check for any syntax errors. Tested the page on various browsers and devices to replicate the issue. Ensured all polyfills for older browser compatibility are included. Checked media queries and responsive design settings in the CSS. Reviewed JavaScript console for any errors or warnings. Despite these efforts, the display issues persist on the specified browsers and devices. Has anyone experienced similar issues or have suggestions on how to address these cross-browser compatibility problems? Any advice on tools or techniques to debug and fix these front-end issues would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!
