Hi,
We are encountering this error Cannot message users who are not admins, developers or testers of the app until pages_messaging permission is reviewed and the app is live. since this morning and are currently affecting all of our users.
No app alerts and pages_messaging is showing as approved in the App section.
Is anyone encountering the same issue?

Looks like the issue has been resolved and the send message api is recovering now

I'm experiencing the same problem here. Additionally, the platform status has just changed to 'Major Outage' again.

pages_messaging have Advanced access But I can't send message
Same issue here. We have a bug report open with FB for this.
