The Site Coordinator will work very closely with the Operations Manager and the Facilities Manager to ensure all facets of the day-to-day operational needs are met. This is a full-time opportunity.
SiteOps Data Center Site Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Communicate and escalate any issues related to the functions mentioned below
  • Engage on site specific special projects and organizational developed projects
  • Assist with and coordinate site tours and visits where applicable
  • Assist with and execute site development projects with the Data Center Site Manager and team other duties as required by the Site Manager
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the data center
  • Assist with set-up, moves, and configuration changes & providing miscellaneous supplies as needed
  • Maintain onsite contact lists Activities & Events
  • Responsible for all employee events on and/or offsite
  • Work directly with the Global Events team on corporate planned events
  • Assist with and schedule onsite professional training classes
  • Support the Site Manager and Community Development team with community events and media appearances, as needed
  • Support the community grants program for your area in collaboration with the Community Development Team
  • Analyze, track and report on local community outreach projects as needed
  • Coordinate community outreach opportunities for your DC team in collaboration with the Community Development Team
  • Budgeting Track local event budget and projects Track and report on satisfaction budget Analyze/Track/Action Open PO’s in conjunction with our Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Team Procurement
  • Work directly with corporate Procurement Operations to on board and order from various vendors used at the Data Center Reconcile charges from various expense accounts Vendor Management Assist in the management of the culinary and micro kitchen teams Identify with SCO and track non-critical vendor KPIs
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project manager/office manager experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Planning, organizing and time management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Communication skills
  • Experience in team building
  • Experience handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Experience working independently as well as partnering with others
  • High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter and experience to a dynamic environment
  • Experience editing and publishing video, as well as basic desktop publishing
