The Global Partnerships team at Meta works with the most influential, culturally relevant and up and coming creators, influencers, public figures, athletes, broadcasters, and organizations across India. This team manages and maintains direct relationships with our key partners to ensure that we meet joint growth objectives between partners and Meta platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, WhatsApp). This team also serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in the context of these relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and independent Strategic Partner Manager who can champion strategy and growth for our Creators from different genres across our family of apps,, tools and services. This role is key to supporting our partners through strategic growth opportunities, exciting programs, new product solutions and curating best in class partner relationships across the industry and the country. This job requires high levels of creativity and problem-solving abilities, and we are looking for someone who can think strategically, articulate their vision yet also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This person will be comfortable in any room to educate, advocate and excite internal and external stakeholders. This full-time position is based in Gurgaon, India.
Strategic Partner Manager, East and Hindi Heartland, Global Partnerships, India Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day relationships with the most relevant and exciting creators, support and guide them in using our products.
  • Teach partners the best practices and various tools and products available to grow on Meta platforms.
  • Have a strong data driven perspective to the work and proactively identify/analyze to address potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Be innovative and creative to find the best solutions for partners to engage with their community, business and brand.
  • Build long term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve operational issues of partners.
  • Be an internal advocate for partners and suggest product improvement and best practices.
  • Navigate through complex cross functional teams and build strong cross-functional relationships internally and effectively collaborate in developing new strategies .
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the entertainment or adjacent industry with understanding of the dynamics and ecosystem
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively across teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow strategic partners through 1:1 relationships.
  • Ability to identify available resources, be proactive, independent and quickly gain expertise in new areas.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data to derive insights to achieve your objectives.
  • Experience of having worked in large cross-functional environments.
  • Expert-level understanding of Instagram and Threads account operations, including an in-depth knowledge of their products and services.
  • Experience in partner-management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write and speak Bengali.
